Joti is the most fantastic hair dresser I have ever experienced! She is kind, understanding and knows exactly what she’s doing. With so many years of experience under her belt, she gave me a cut that I absolutely love! She is so positive and her energy definitely exudes! She is so gentle with her work, before my cut with Joti, I had gone through surgery on my head and she was so careful and aware, yet she still gave me the style and shape that I needed. Joti is AMAZING! I have spent years trying to explain to hairstylists what I wanted and nobody was able to really understand like Joti did. She truly understands hair and she took the initiative to communicate with me months before my appointment explaining the process and teaching me about colour! I continued to send her pictures of what I wanted and when I finally had my appointment it was even better than I expected. She made all my hair dreams come true!
